Cassina Customer Quality Specialist

Responsibilities
The Customer Quality Specialist will join the Cassina Quality team and will report directly to the Quality Manager, he/she will take care of all the activities aimed at ensuring customer's satisfaction.

Main Activities
The main activities the new person will be involved in are:
  • Understanding the customer's expectations, his needs and collecting his feedback;
  • Developing statistical reports on market data;
  • Being present in the Cassina and Dealer Showrooms (visits, mystery shopping);
  • Working closely with the Sales Department and Dealers;
  • Monitoring the Field Tests;
  • Supporting the Customer Service in resolving complaints, collaborating with the other Departments for the resolution.

Experience and Education
  • The ideal candidate has a Degree in Management/Mechanical Engineering or similar;
  • At least 1 year of experience;
  • Having gained experience in international contexts in the Design / Luxury sector will be considered a preferred requirement.

Technical and soft skills
  • Interest in Design;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Start up approach;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication;
  • Data analysis and statistical aptitude in order to help other departments to develop solutions and metrics;
  • A desire to help others achieve their best;
  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • Good English knowledge (knowledge of a second language will be considered a preferred requirement);
  • Availability to business trips is requested.
