Cassina E-Commerce Specialist

Responsibilities
The E-Commerce Specialist will be part of Cassina Digital & Media Team and will be responsible for the planning and execution of E-Commerce program to drive online sales and brand awareness through internal E-Commerce platform and Marketplaces.
He/she will be also responsible for driving sales and increasing conversion through Merchandising, Marketing and Customer Experience philosophy development. He/she will analyze site performance and execute digital merchandising and marketing strategies for product demand and continuous online growth and support the adoption of a customer centric mindset.

Activities
  • Responsible for product catalogue management and merchandising options development;
  • Manages online merchandise presentation, and executes effective position of products based on sale, inventory, newness and trends;
  • Responsible of ongoing improvement to the website including product descriptions, images, order/hierarchy of products, partnering with the relevant stakeholders to execute site changes using Adobe Experience Manager 6.5 (Sites e Assets);
  • Stock controlling for setting up a product photo shoot and implementing promotions;
  • Leading rich content development to ensure traffic growth and conversion;
  • SEO optimised content writing and diversifying content strategy across multiple devices;
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines;
  • Monitoring KPI’S to enhance web experience, optimize engagement and maximize conversion;
  • Works closely with CRM Marketing Specialist on the digital strategy across channels including online, mobile, emails, social, affiliates and SEM to align with company goals and vision. 

Skills and Knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and developed interpersonal skills;
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented;
  • Proven experience in planning and managing the development and maintenance activities of the above systems, in collaboration with the local and international Group IT team;
  • Analytical skills to direct and manage digital metrics, interpret data, formulate strategies and execute initiatives related to global online business growth;
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing fundamentals with knowledge of financial KSFs and KPIs, specifically focused on measuring and steering internal and external e-commerce activities;
  • Team collaboration and consensus-building skills, with ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams; 
  • Readily adapt to new processes/technologies and change and help others operate flexibly;
  • Ability to work in fast pace environment;
  • The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury industry.

Education & Work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related degree;
  • 5-6 years of progressive experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing Projects, Site management;
  • Knowledge of Magento Commerce Cloud is mandatory;
