Residential Sales Specialist

 

Reporting to the Showroom Manager, the Residential Sales Specialist will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop and deliver presentations to architects, designers, purchasing agents and owner’s representatives in the residential sector
  • Sell within the residential market sector
  • Generate solutions and quotes for clients
  • Create and close sales
  • Prospect new accounts
  • Manage current accounts to ensure company and client satisfaction
  • Handle day-to-day customer care together with backup team members
  • Meet sales goals
  • Other duties as needed

 

The ideal candidate will have the following combination of education, experience and skills:

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the luxury furniture industry
  • Polished appearance and professional presentation skills
  • Hunter type mentality with a successful track record of meeting sales goals
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency to meet sales goals
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft suite of programs (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
