Project description
Into a big digital transformation program, Lifestyle Design is launching an important project with the goal to adopt a unique “state-of-the-art” ERP system, based on MS Dynamics 365. The system will be connected with all others touch points, such as e-commerce, CRM (MS Dynamics 365), Marketing automation, CAD, MES, APS, … with the final scope to support our Digital strategy.
With more than 1.100 worldwide users, 9 Brands, 5 Countries and 65 Showrooms is one of the largest Microsoft ERP projects currently in progress in Italy.

The Job   
The Business Analyst will be the owner of "Finance" business process will be implemented into new ERP system, starting from the definition to the test and release.
He/she cooperate with consultants and IT team for the right implementation of each Business Requirements and in general speaking to the good result of the ERP project. The Business Analyst will be the contact point between business and implementation team.

Main activities & responsibilities
  • Starting from Business Requirements, be a part of detailed process analysis to disclose both global and local requirements
  • Work to ensure the respect of Business Requirements and reduce the requests of new requirements and out of standard
  • Collaborate with colleagues of other Teams (Business Analyst, consultant and IT)
  • Be the contact between business and MS Dynamics implementation team
  • Prepare the environment to perform test on any business requirements
  • Responsible for data migration and preparation
  • Support training activities and become referent for business colleagues

Technical Requirements
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of own process in terms of As-Is and best practice

  • Analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Ability to work in large and international teams
  • Strong “Time management” skills
  • Passion for learning
  • Fluency in both Italian and English, writing and speaking

Location: Los Angeles.
Availability for long trips in Italy and abroad, based on project activities and roll-out, is required.
