Lifestyle Design is a worldwide group that operate into high-end furniture sector with 9 premium Brands such as Poltrona Frau, Cassina, Cappellini, JANUS et Cie, Ceccotti Collezioni, Luminaire, Karakter, Luxury Living Group, INTERNI with the aim of growing through new acquisitions.
The group has an international presence with 80 directly operated stores, 100,000 sqm for internal production and more than 1.500 worldwide partners.

  • Home & Office that manufactures high-end design products for residential & office
  • Contract dedicated to the creation of special furniture for museums, theatres, auditoriums, cinemas, airports, showrooms, hotels and restaurants in collaboration with major architects from all over the world
  • Interiors in Motion that provide high-end leather-wrapped products and uniquely crafted leather seats covers, helping customers to create distinctive interiors for automotive, aircraft and yachting.

Project description
Into a big digital transformation program, Lifestyle Design is launching an important project with the goal to adopt a unique “state-of-the-art” ERP system, based on MS Dynamics 365. The system will be connected with all others touch points, such as e-commerce, CRM (MS Dynamics 365), Marketing automation, CAD, MES, APS, with the final scope to support our Digital strategy.
With more than 1.400 worldwide users, 9 Brands, 7 Countries and 80 Showrooms is one of the largest Microsoft ERP projects in Italy.

Job description
The role reports to Project Manager.
Main activities and responsibilities:
    • Gain the support to Project Manager
    • Manage all aspects of Project life cycle, project plans, metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports
    • Collect, organize, and control the project documentation
    • Control project progress
    • Verify and classify Issues and Gaps
    • Manage conflict
    • Perform periodically risk assessment and propose contingency plans
    • Control project costs and budget
    • Support meeting and training organization
    • Define and implement profile management and authorization in according with HR
    • Update ERP communication portal with news, information and project documentation
    • Motivate the teams

Qualifications for the role
  • Post Graduate Degree in Business or Information Technology desired.
  • Successful ERP Implementation experience with similar role
  • Specific experience with structured development methodologies and standards like Agile, DevOps and PMI. Project methodologies certifications like PMP is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent team player and verbal and written communications skills
  • Proven problem setting and problem-solving skills demonstrated through professional experience
  • Conflict management
  • Time management
  • Team working (internal customers, suppliers, functional managers and project team)
  • Fluent English is a must have
  • Ready to work round the clock as per the situation demands
  • Availability to business trips
  • Implementation experience of Dynamics Finance & Operations (Dynamics AX) is preferred but not mandatory

Workplace: Milan. Availability to business trips is requested.
