The role
The Executive Assistant & Office Manager will provide high level secretarial and administrative support for the Management team, requiring reliability, ability to multi-task and prioritize work, attention to details and problem solving.

In this role you’ll get to:
  • manage Executives’ agenda (schedule meetings and coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements)
  • handle information requests, preparing reports, correspondence, internal and external documents for team members, updating paperworks
  • prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions
  • maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents;
  • coordinate events as necessary
  • organize, supply and maintain the office building, equipment and supplies acting as contact person for the site
  • help organize and maintain office common areas
  • greet clients and visitors as needed
  • team with other Executive Assistants and provide back-up assistance as needed
  • perform other administrative tasks using independent judgment and discretion

Background & skills
  • some years of experience supporting a C-level executive team preferably in an international business context
  • bachelor’s degree will be appreciated;
  • excellent command of MS Office tools;
  • fluency in both italian and english
  • knowledge of a third language is a strong nice-to-have
