Lifestyle Design Executive Assistant support & Office Manager - english mother tongue

The candidate will provide strategic and operational support to the Corporate office based in Durini Street, in more detail she/he will:

  • Support Group CEO Executive Assistant team with duties that may be clerical, administrative and project-based: scheduling travel, arranging meetings, handling information requests, preparing reports and correspondence and liaising with board members;
  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members;
  • Arrange corporate events;
  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents;
  • Serve as focal point person for Durini office management guaranteeing the microclimate, equipement functioning and facility services, planning maintenance, liaising with facility management service providers, organizing office operations and procedures, coordinating with IT team;
  • Support in-house activities like company events, celebrations and conferences;
  • Provide general support to visitors.

 

The ideal candidate has:

  • 2/3 years of experience in Office management or executive assistant;
  • Degree in Economics/International Relation/Foreign Languages will be appreciated;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite;
  • English mother tongue language level;
  • Fluency in Italian;
  • Chinese language knowledge is a plus.
