Lifestyle Design HR Senior Controller

Responsibilities:

The candidate will join the HR Dept. and will be in charge of driving the Personnel Cost reporting of the whole group, she/he will be involved in all the HR Cost Controlling activities linked to the Brand/Divisions of the Group.

 

Main activities:

  • performing the HR cost plan, forecast and budget and managing the monthly closure validation and variances analysis (actual-forecast vs budget);
  • mantaining the 100% accuracy of HR systems data through monthly check and update of personnel cost variations (e.g. new hiring, development plans, variable payments-bonus, overtime, changes in cost center allocation, etc.);
  • monitoring KPIs analysis (e.g. turnover, illness, overtime, vacations, etc.) in terms of plan, performance and variations;
  • preparing timely and accurate monthly personnel cost reports, providing structured feedback on main topics and trends;
  • managing and updating monthly reports to share with Controlling and Administrative Depts. in order to guarantee alignment within the processes;
  • managing direct contacts with contact points of foreign branches regarding the analysis of all stages of HR Cost Controlling process;
  • driving the group reporting integration process through the consolidation of a set of dashboards (monthly, quarterly and yearly);
  • coordinating with HR Managers in order to produce useful analysis to Business directors;
  • participating actively in HR processes' implementation and management;
  • support the implementation, developing and enhancement of Reward policies through benchmark analysis (brands, group, industry surveys) 
  • partecipating in activities of identification, management and retention of talents, with strong focus on personnel cost impact and budget validation;
  • defining the performance management activities and the succession plan development according to Organizational needs and opportunities, maintaining under control the budget restriction.

 

Experience and Education:

  • 7/10 years of experience in the role in multinational and well-structured HR Departments;
  • Degree in Economics, similar academic background will be evaluated;
  • Master in HR management will be a plus;
  • Previous experience as Controller or in Personell Administration.  

 

Technical and soft skills:

  • fluent English is mandatory;
  • literate in MS Office suite is required, especially Excel;
  • knowledge of Zucchetti Infobudget is a plus;
  • accurate and reliable with strong work ethic;
  • demonstrated a strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism;
  • team player, goal-oriented and problem solver with analytical skills;
  • passionate, curious and proactive.
