Essential duties and responsibilities
  • Responsibility for the showroom performance: P&L budgets confirmed by the Head of Sales
  • KPI’s: sales performance, margin, showroom overhead budgets
  • Maintains current financial records and ensure information is forwarded to corporate office. Monthly sales performance, order intake and quotation analysis
  • Follow-up and support for the trade program policies
  • Responsible for process of collecting the deposits and balance payments
  • Supporting the sales with leads from the market
  • Lead and supervise of staff
  • Recruiting the team, coaching and training the team
  • Scheduling the work processes at the showroom
  • Oversees vendor training sessions
  • Securing an excellent Luminaire customer experience in all show room processes
  • Resolves customer service issues
  • Responsible for showroom marketing activities coordinated with HQ marketing team
  • Annual marketing calendar for showroom in collaboration with the HQ
  • Overlooking daily the showroom appearance and quality
  • Coordinates with design team to ensure availability of products, supplies, and materials
  • Opening and closing of showroom
  • Ensures showroom compliance with safety, sales, and record keeping policies and procedures
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from four-year or technical school, or two to four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Workplace: there are 2 open positions, one for Los Angeles/CA showroom, one for Coral Gable/FL showroom
