Luxury Living Group IT Application Manager

Responsibility
He/she will be responsible for the correct management and improvement of the local ERP (MS Navision), CRM (MS Dynamics360) and others application systems.
He/she will be also responsible for the implementation of new corporate ERP, based on MS-Dynamics360, in cooperation with the Corporate.

Main activities

Manage all application systems with focus on MS-Dynamics NAV and MS Dynamics 360 - CRM
Support actively Corporate team during the implementation of new ERP system based on MS Dynamics360
Train and support end-users
Define and implement new functionalities in order to support the Business requirements
Support business on the definition of new reports and cooperate with Corporate for all HQ reports
Manage all projects in respect of timing and budget
Define and manage IT budget for application area

Experience and Eucation:
The ideal candidate is

Graduated in IT or IT Engineering, similar academic background will be evaluated
He/she has at least 5 years’ experience in project management role with focus on MS-Dynamics platform and reporting
MS-Dynamics certification is appreciated
Proved experience as Functional Analyst, Application Developer and end-user support
Strong experience in Project/Program Management at local and international level

Technical and Soft skills:

Fluent English is mandatory
Expert in MS-Dynamics applications
Strong competences on MS SQL Server
Good knowledge of MS Reporting Service and MS Power BI
Good knowledge of MS Power platform
Excellent organizational skills
Problem solving skills
Reliability and accuracy
Availability for business trip
