Cassina Pricing & Data Management Specialist

Responsibilities
The Pricing & Data Management Specialist will be part of Cassina Product Marketing Team and will be responsible for price and price list development during all the stages of the collection, from the definition of the industrial costs to retail price accuracy in store/on-line, becoming the point of contact for Pricing activities.

Main Activities

Analysis of Italian and foreign countries price lists by:
- Apply price updates defined by the Commercial and Finance Department;
- Analysis of the discrepancies between the price lists and their alignment following fluctuations in currency and margins, followed by a system update;
- Price analysis based on the global market and subsequent adjustments.
Creation of Italian and foreign countries price lists by:
- Creation of product sheets for printing using a dedicated software, with information from R&D and Operations;
- Data management and Data update from AS400 to price list software;
- Coordination of suppliers for prices list printing.
Data Management:
- Troubleshoot data-related problems, maintenance and modifications;
- Create and enforce policies for effective data management;
- Upload Pricing List on Cassina AS400 and coordinate Microsoft Navision;
- Continuously enhance the Pricing business logic by providing ongoing analysis.
Other activities:
- Suggest and drive pricing excellence initiatives, defining the main pricing leverages (full price levers).

Experience and Education

A minimum 2+ years’ experience in pricing, data management or analysis roles is required;
Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Computer Science or related.

Technical and Soft Skills

Quantitative research, and data analytic skills;
Ability to gather and analyse data in a complex contest to support pricing model;
Ability to read and understand technical documents and various configurations of Design products;
Good knowledge of written and spoken English;
Multi-tasking and excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to team orientation;
Proactive, detail oriented;
Strong ability with the use of Microsoft Excel and IT softwares;
Deep knowledge of AS400 and Access Database is a plus;
The ideal candidate is passionate about Design.
