The role
The position reports to Corporate Infrastructure Leader. Main activites:

Manage, in cooperation with local team and external partners, the infrastructure to assure the properly operation.
Manage and share with local team the procedures.
Support corporate users for IT issues on network and devices
Cooperate with local team for the implementation of new solutions (network, security platform…)
Identify and propose new improvement based on technical and security issues collected (ticketing)
Cooperate to design and implement security strategies and defensive systems against intruders
Perform threat and risk analysis and provides essential suggestions
Manage security training inside organization
Cooperate with external infrastructure and security partners

Experience & Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronics & Electrical or any related field
At least 5 years’ experience in similar role
Fluency in both Italian and English

Technical and soft skills

Tech skills:

O365 tech environment and set-up
Windows server and VmWare ESX
AD management (GPO, Radius, DNS, Trust, …)
Knowledge of common network and security appliances: Palo Alto, Cisco and Juniper
InTune

Soft skills:

Time management
Team working (internal customers, suppliers, functional managers and project team)
Ready to work round the clock as per the situation demands

Workplace: Milan. Availability to business trips is requested.
