The role
We are seeking a business-oriented Trade Marketing Manager to join our team in the high-end fashion furnishing lifestyle industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating effective retail marketing strategies to boost product visibility and consumer interest. The Trade Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross functional teams, including, Product Design, Commercial & Retail, PR & Communication, Visual Merchandising, to increase Customers, Loyalty, and Revenues for successes in a competitive retail landscape.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:
  • Elaborate strategies that enhance Brand and Product visibility to effectively support Retail and Wholesale teams to drive revenues growth in each market in accordance with global business strategies and brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with Product Design to formulate the narrative around Products to prepare Sales tools, to train Sales & Retail teams as well as Trainers
  • Partner with Commercial teams to elaborate yearly Wholesale & Retail marketing planning for each market to bridge the gap between Marketing & Sales
  • Collaborate with PR & Communications to improve brand presence and campaign execution across markets through excellence in in-store planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities
  • Lead activations programs with partners to improve brand visibility
  • Visit point of sales regularly to ensure a highly understanding or local demands and that the brand is visible, guidelines respected
  • Stay updated on industry marketing trends and competitor’s best practices to ensure our strategics drivers are always innovative and attractive
 Experience and Education:
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in Marketing
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • Thrive in matrix environments and are adept at influencing and coordinating with different stakeholders
Technical and Soft skills:
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel)
  • Fluent in English. Additional foreign languages are a plus
  • Excellent communication and sales skills
  • Self-motivated and self-directional
  • Love and passion for exceptional design and highest quality
  • Organizational & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize work
  • Oriented and proactive approach to achieving the goals
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Winning appearance, fun and endurance in the field
  • Available to travel

Work location: Milan/Forlì – Frequent trips and long stay abroad
