Responsibilities
The Greater China Area Sales Manager will be responsible for enhancing Zanotta presence in the Chinese market.
The candidate will develop Zanotta sales network through building relationships with new potential dealers while preserving existing ones, identifying new business opportunities with a strategical approach, as well as nurturing relationships with architects and designers in the assigned area.
He/She will present Zanotta products portfolio in the best possible way and will represent the Brand at trade fairs and other linked events.
The Greater China Area Sales Manager will directly report to the APAC Senior Commercial Director.

Main Activities
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities;
  • Nurturing relationships with dealers, architects and designers;
  • Identifying new partners;
  • Reaching the yearly and business plan revenues and profitability targets for the assigned Region;
  • Providing excellent client services & sales results;
  • Introducing new product ranges to existing;
  • Attending all business and trade events;
  • Presenting furniture collections;
  • Developing and maintaining sales forecast to enable the company to analyze market conditions.

Experience and Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration and/or Interior Design;
  • Design & Cultural savvy;
  • Several years of sales experience in the high-end furniture industry;
  • Proven Sales history of at least 3-5 years achieving measurable sales goals.

Technical and Soft skills
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel);
  • English mother tongue, Italian knowledge will be considered a non-essential plus;
  • Excellent communication and sales skills;
  • Strategical mentality;
  • Solid presentation skills;
  • Love and passion for exceptional design and highest quality;
  • Organizational & problem-solving skills;
  • Availability for intense travelling;
  • Customer-oriented and proactive approach to achieving the goals;
  • Ability to work independently.
