Responsibilities
The Sales Associate Intern supports the Madrid Store sales team in guaranteeing an outstanding experience for clients.
The candidate cooperates with the other colleagues to support in the management of sales operations within the Store to guarantee the full efficiency.
The Sales Associate Intern reports directly to the Madrid Store Manager.

Main activities

Welcoming and greeting clients in a proper manner;
Provide excellent client services & sales results;
Ensure the product display and visual marketing is to the highest and prescribed standard;
Guarantee that the store provides best in class luxury experience and outstanding level of hospitality;
Support and attend all business events and activities;
Support showroom events to increase sales by ensuring that designers, decorators and clients are invited and enticed into the showroom;
Identify and suggest actions to further expand the company database through client data registration and profiling;
Ensure real-time reporting to Headquarter by guaranteeing the use of the company information system and other reporting/CRM tools, providing all relevant information regarding sales quotes, leads, client visits.

Experience and Education

Bachelor’s degree (Design or Architecture preferred), different background will be evaluated;
Previous short experience in high-end sales is considered a plus;
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel);
Passionate about Design.

Technical and Soft skills

Oriented and proactive approach to achieving the goals;
Organizational & problem solving skills;
Ability to manage time and prioritize work;
People-oriented approach;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills-verbal and written;
Fluent English, Italian is a plus;
Confident with Autocad;
The knowledge of other tools (such as Photoshop, 3Ds Max) is considered a plus.
